painless rash on penis

hey guys,

I'm an 18 year old male. Over 3 months ago I had unprotected sex with a friend of mine. About a month ago I noticed redness around my urthral opening. A red line extends from urethra toward the base of the head (on the side you can see from above) slightly to the left. I noticed that this is almost exactly the line that my semen takes after masturbation (sorry if i get descriptive). the redness is also more intense after masturbation. There is no pain/burning involved with the redness but am worried about an STD because it hasn't gone away.

If anyone has any insights/suggestions that would be great. Does this sound like an STD? I've tested negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea twice, and have also tested negative for syphilis and HIV

Thanks,
-Dan :)

I would doubt semen to be a cause of irritation.

An itch anus is most likely something else apart from an STD.

Thanks for your response !

could this be due to the semen?

Also, i forgot to mention, a week after my sexual encounter, my anus was very itchy and has been somewhat itchy for the last 3 months, could this be related?

No this doesn't sound like any STD. Please follow up with your doctor as to what is causing this skin irritation.
