please help!!! herpes from fingering then touching penis?

ok, so heres my question. about 25-30 days ago i fingered a girl who know she has herpes, i then stupidly touched myself a minute or two later. there were absolutely no symptoms or any signs of herpes until i had unprotected sex 4 days ago with another girl. The day after i started  feeling a slight burning/tingling near the tip of my penis, sort of under the head on the left side. this has been going on for 3 days now and is not going away. there is really no blisters or anything on my penis, im seeing some TINY lesions but i think thats just me really looking. do you think i could have gotten herpes from that contact, and do you think its common for a pre-existing infection to flair up when having sex with someone eles because of the sex? or could this be something eles? thank you so much for your time... really need help

Please disregard williams question as it doesn't apply.  You are not at risk from the fingering of a girl.

You need to be seen by your provider for what you have going on now.  Chances are its not herpes as herpes won't show up the next day on a new infection.

You should get a type specific igg test now (not because I am worried about the fingering incident) to know your current status.  I would have your partner tested as well to know their status and help you in the future for what precautions to take.
