please help please

so about a week and a half ago i went to this girls house spent the night had protected sex but the condom slipped off as i pulled out i washed my penis off then we went to sleep .in the morning we woke up she gave me oral sex for a minute maybe or less then we had protected sex for a couple minutes. went a d washed off again . after i left i noticed i had a couple red dots on my stomach area but not in clusters just in a couple different spots they were red like bumps they didnt itch or hurt , so i asked the girl again was she sure she was clean and didnt have herepes and she said she had been tested and her test was negative for herpes . so the bumps start to go away then i get another bump on my left shoulder the same type no pain didnt itch , and it went away all with in the first week. now on sunday or so i notice i have some of the same type of red small bumps in my genital area on my penis and thighs dont itch dont hurt been there for a couple of days have  turned into blisters there between a mm and 2 mm in size . and now im really stressing myself out and really worried if i have herpes im not in any i have a red like spot on my penis its not a bump and it doesnt hurt none of my red spots do but im worried and my body seems like its itchy i dont know if it could be herpes scabies bed bugs fleas im so scared i feel like killing myself

since you mention you have a penis, you probably want to change your gender to male so it's less confusing :)

You would not get herpes symptoms the very next morning like that from a newly acquired infection.   You also wouldn't get bumps on that many different body parts either with herpes. follow up on this with your provider to get a better idea of what is going on.
