please help

Was diagnosed w. herpes Oct. 31 via culture and blood test. Never told which one was pos but I assume type 2 because I was having an ob at the time of my appt. The whole reason I went was because I had a blister like bubble formed on my ring finger and it hurt, I don't have medical so I thought I'd give the obgyn a try. I didn't have it covered because I didn't think anything of it. Now I have every finger covered up if I see a dot.
On the tip of my ring finger it kinda looks like a blister, there's a white bump in the middle and it is alittle sore when I push on it, but that's it. I have been getting random very tiny bumps in random places like one on my wrist, elbow, top of hand. They itch for 2 seconds then usually go away in less than a day. I had a bump earlier today by my ankle that was very itchy, I shaved my calves and now my left calf is covered in bumps. Which to me look like shaving bumps but now that I have herpes I think that's what everything is! I usually get bumps on my knees from razors so idk if that's what it is or not... I have a 4 month old son who's now getting a fever and bumps around his stomach, a bump here and there on his hand etc.. I do NOT Want to infect him so I leave the bandaids on. Took him to the drs today and he said it looked like a viral rash nothing to worry about. He has a cluster of flesh tone bumps on the bottom gums, said that looked okay too. I have always had little bumps inside my bottom eyelids for as long as I can remember, the eye dr said they were styes.
I have what looks like little pimples/whiteheads around my nose and a few inside the rim of it. They feel like acne, I've always gotten acne around my mouth, nose, and chin... One right below my lip, doesn't look like herpes at all. But who knows. I've always had bumps on my head, my hair is very thick, the dr always said it was normal and when I'd use the steroid shampoo it'd go away. Now I feel like these are herpes. It's like every itch I have I assume I've spread it.
Right now my eyelids feel alittle swollen (look normal though) and the bumps are irritating my eye. My eyelids are also feeling like they're sticking to my eye. Idk if I've got herpes zoster or in my eye or what but I'm really freaked out. I can handle genital but my hands and eyes? I have to use those! I do not have medical that is why I haven't been checked out. Just by my ob (only thing I'm covered for) I was on antiviral meds for 10 days, 3 times a day. 400mg didn't seem to help much.
I haven't kissed my son in over a week and it kills me inside. I will never forgive myself for this. I have been in a monogomaus relationship for 2 years now, idk if I contracted this years ago or I developed whitlow and caught genital while shaving down there? I feel so ashamed and dirty. All I want is to be a good mom and NOT have to worry about infecting my precious child. :(
