please help

I had a too aggressive brief sexual encounter (hand manipulation only) on November 12 midnight. immediately after I felt like was sick already and paranoid so remembering what I knew about herpes since I thought I had herpes from encounter. I immediatedly went and showered and washed everything maybe 10 minutes from encounter. On November 13,  I woke up still paraniod ran another hard 5 uphill miles on treadmill @ 7-8am (~20 miles in total from NOV9 - NOV13) and by 9-10 am, after sitting for 2 hours, I had anal pain perenum pain, very bad both leg pain inner thigh/thigh area,  I could not sit down without pain and the middle of my penis had pain and the tip of my penis pain. I also thought I could feel a slight burn after I urinated but very brief and only once or twice during a 3 week period. when I woke up no pain only when I was sitting on a chair for so I sat down on the couch, after 4 days of varying pain, and relaxed for the day all the pain seemed to subside. I have rested every couple of days and on weekends for relief. I did not have any noticable breakouts and believe me I checked everything every day legs and penis, groin. When I went to the doctor NOV 17 I only had itense anal and seat area pain. I thought the penis pain was due to the hand manipulation since it stopped. They did not find any visable reason for my pain and prescribe NSAIDS since I had also been running very hard and they thought it appeared muscular. When I went to my primary care doctor. I only had inner thigh pain on both sides very intense that seemed to be a non issue in the morning and very painful by 12 noon. He prescribed another NSAID which I only took for pain for 10 days and would take 1 a day or none at about noon - 3pm and that would relieve my symptoms but after 2 weeks I still had mainly inner thigh pain both legs. So I took 2 a day for 10 more days as per the prescription and was very comfortable until late evening maybe around 7pm and would stay off my feet for relief. This has all made me very scared and paranoid every day every hour please help

This is not std related - you weren't at risk for std's from a handjob.

have they been doing rectal exams to look for internal hemorrhoids and such? have you been evaluated for nerve/back injuries?

thanks grace - I think the pain I've been having is a neuralgia pain because it made me feel nervous, hard to explain thighs, stomach gleuteal muscle and groin pain at first, my hips also hurt and felt itchy sometimes (emergency room called it myofiscal due to my possible groin injury  (although it seemed to get better overall after I ran every week and did not bother me while I ran but would flare a little a few hours after I ran) of some sort and all the pain seemed to sometimes be accompanied by a slight itch/burn feeling I thought but the pain was of more concern and has mostly been in my thighs now. yesterday, 20 FEB I had a particular itchy spot on my upper thigh that comes and goes but my whole body felt slight itchy, arms and legs, stomach and the skin on the tip of my penis seems to peal when it is rubbed vigorusly (this pealing has happened several times since I reached the 2 month mark with this whole fiasco. a couple of days ago, Feb 15, I also had a VERY itchy anus. I am curently taking levaquin for 10 days now and have a Dr. apt on 24 FEB whith the urologist. You said I should have a full work up are you only refering to STD testing or other testing as well and what should I ask for.

thanks again Grace

You won't get herpes from a hand job.  This really sounds like something else going on.  If you are still having pain 4 months later, it's time for a full work up.
