pregnant and little lump in vagina.. herpes?

Im currently 36 weeks pregnant and i just discovered a small lump or little ball in my vaginal area. My obsterican gave me a pap smear in the beginning of my pregnancy and everything came out fine. I havent had sex with anyone but my baby's father. And I have no symptoms of genital herpes except for the little lump. I dont have any weird discharge, no umfever, nothing. And I'm paranoid because i dont know if there could be any other possible explanation for the lump other than genital herpes. I havent talked to my doctor.. but i will. i just need a fast opinion. thanks.
