primary hsv infection in the mouth

I have recently noticed due to stress and anxiety of thinking I have contracted hsv(herpes) inside my mouth that my lower part of gums/jaw under my tongue is swollen. I believe that it looks similar to pictures I have seen of mandibular torus but not so rounded more longish following the bone structure but sticking out a few millimetres. There are two similar growths on either side, the one on the left is slightly larger then the right but almost the same. It is very possible I did not notice these before I started to inspect my mouth daily and they could have been here for a long time. 28 days ago I kissed an escort with tongue for about 20-30seconds and received a very short unprotected blowjob(I regret my choices more then anything in life!!!) I have been on nystatin for a week and a half for what I believe and the dr. agreed(but did not inspect as much as I liked) was oral thrush. it seems to be getting better but its not completely gone so I am worried. I have been on the candida diet since I started the nystatin, screwed up a few times minorly but have stuck to it. Could swelling like this be due to a primary hsv infection?  I have no fever and my gums are not sore expect for a hard white bump I found infront of my gums under a tooth which I have been poking at a lot and the rest of my gums seem farely normal. maybe slightly swollen but not much. no ulcers or blisters and gums don't seem to be bleeding from flossing. I have what looks like a blocked saliva gland (resembles a pimple kinda) under my tongue aswell as the ones in my cheeks seem to be a bit swollen or I just never noticed them before. is oral thrush/white tongue and cheeks a symptom of hsv outbreak in the mouth? is the swollen lower gums under my tongue likely part of a hsv primary outbreak, or is it more likely to be mandibular torus?? please help me out. I am worried about my health as well as contaminating others if this is a herpes infection.

"I have recently noticed due to stress and anxiety"

That's your entire problem right there! Stop stressing and stop the anxiety at once, seriously. All these "problems" you are experiencing isn't from the escort its from the anxiety! Please try and relax, if you are having a hard time doing so take a brisk 30 minute walk when you can, or when anxiety is high. Get back to eating, drinking and sleeping like you were before this and before you know all these issues will be gone!

I've been in your shoes before! Take care.

Hi, what your describing does not appear as a herpes outbreak and contracting it from your affair with kissing, where she did not have any lip sores at the time, the risk would be close to zero. But to confirm your herpes status if your sexually active have a blood test for the protection of others.
