question for grace
since i dont seem to have the painful sores or blisters what kind of signs can i expect to know when i am having an outbreak? i have hsv 2.. can i spread this by just casual contact with or without shedding. such as drinking out of the same cup.. or touching someone??? a kiss?

Sounds like you missed Herpes 101 class. You have a lot of reading to do if you think you can pass it by "touching" someone or drinking out of the same cup. You can start on this website. There is plenty of information on this site alone to get you up to speed.
