questions

hey guys i have posted a few times recently cuz i have had some weird symptoms. let me go through them all and i know your gonna say do to a dr but give me what you can.

Several weeks ago i had what i thought was pimple. i fooled around a bit with girl, we kissed and she gave me head. the pimple most likely was a cold sore a half a cm off my lip. I was worried i have myself genital herpes when i had some pain in my urthrea about a week later. it seemed like urine was just dripping out of my penis. i went to a dr and said i should be fine and my pain went away a few days later. about a week after the dr i ended up having protected sex with the same girl many times in one weekend. I felt the pain come back after i get an erection, noticed that there was a bruise on my penis and i had some bursted blood vessels a few places. That went away a few days later. About 5 days after that, i had some dry skin, little  red bumps and some pissed off hair follicles on the lower shaft of my penis and on my above it. Its not painful, look like excema or acne. They didnt get worse and as soon as i noticed them they went down not it looks like red patches (on the two sides of my penis but way more redness on one.)

My questions are do my symptoms sound at all like herpes? can i give myself herpes from my own cold sore (knowing the girl is clean)? and isnt herpes painful?...i know when i get a cold sore it hurts to put pressure down on it...these bumps on the side of my penis don't hurt at all and never really ulcerated just seem it be dry and scaly and just itch a little. any info besides go to a dr would be appreciated.
