rate of transmission after 20 years

What are the risks of transmisison of genital herpes, after 20 years of infection, and the last outbreak being 13 years ago?  

All comments and opinions please I would very much appreciate.

this from a past post from Grace:

A recent study done on folks infected with hsv2 10+ years showed that they shed the virus just as much as someone infected say 2-3 years ( we all shed the virus a lot more the first year or so we are infected ). Even if you aren't getting obvious lesions frequently this long into things, you are still shedding the virus actively so you should be taking precautions with partners.
