raw sore clitoris

First..a little history.  I have in the past gotten abrasions, sores on my vagina.  They have been swabbed which came back negative...and have been tested for both hsv 1 and hsv 2, both negative as well.  I was told I was sensitive and allergic to soaps etc.  The problem comes and goes.
Now to my question. Last Thursday morning I was with a man I had been dating.  There was a lot of dry "humping" with clothes on. He then went down and performed oral sex on me.  He was VERY rough with his hands. So much so that I bled on his hands and bed.  After that there was pentration for about a minute.  Unprotected :( . The next day I felt raw and my clitoris really hurt. The day after..not even 48 hrs I started itching like I was getting a yeast infection.  I scratched and rubbed my clitoris while sleeping.  The next day I looked down and the bottom of my clitoris where it slightly parts is a raw open wound. I started on diflucan and the itching has stopped..but the wound is still there.  I feel no pain...only if I touch it.  Should I worry? There is no fever, no swollen glands, no aches or pains and my vaginal wall and cervic are negative for sores. If this was a initial outbreak wouldnt it be worse?   But..the anxiety is killing me.

epsom salts can be found in grocery stores, walmart, cvs etc - usually in the first aid aisle.

topical antibiotics can be very irritating in the genital area. I don't recommend using them since you don't know what is going on.

I already said a newly acquired herpes infection won't show with symptoms that quickly. the best thing to do is to be seen and get a proper exam. planned parenthood charges on a sliding scale. your local health department should have options too.

No...I wasnt tested properly for yeast.  I just happened to have diflucan at home from when I was on antibiotics...and having enough yeast infections in my life time...it felt like all the rest so I took one.
At the moment I have no insurance and cant afford to see a doctor.  Where can I get epsom salts?  And is there any over the counter antibiotic ointments or creams that I can get as well?
Thank you all for your quick responses.  I have been so worried.  And reading things on the internet while looking up vaginal sore after sex and it doesnt help calm ones nerves.  I keep reading two days before symptoms start...then I read 4.  And I just couldnt understand how after not even 48 hrs later Im itching, uncomfortable and then have this open wound/sore.  Like I said above...I have had both hsv 1 and type 2 blood testing done in past and am negative for both.  So correct me if im wrong...if this had been a intial outbreak wouldnt it have been more pronounced?  And not so quick?

were you seen and properly tested for yeast that you started on diflucan? if so, did they do any other testing?

it sounds like this was a very traumatic encounter which would explain why things are so sore and raw. Try something as simple as soaking in the bathtub with epsom salts thrown in and a barrier cream to your irritated skin ( aquaphor, desitin etc ).  It's not likely you contracted herpes from this encounter and had symptoms occur so quickly.

Hi

You should see a doctor asap for the wound. It could easily get infected given that you said it bled and is raw and open. The dr will advise you on what else you need to do. Be sure to give him the full story and don't let embarrassment get in the way.

Hope this helps.

Chances are this isn't herpes but be seen by your provider for a proper work up.
