really small bumps on stalk of penis but no where else

ive had these small bumps all over my penis for sometime now probly a year or two but i can see them kinda whenim soft but way more when im erect they move with the skin its like there in the skin,they dont, hurt, itch ect and there only on the mid to lower part of the stalk and ball sack..they are only notisable because they kinda poke out when im erect.. one of them is different it started as a pimple and i poped it and squeesed as much of the stuff as i could out but there is still a ball type of thing were it was now it kinda looks like the rest but a lil bigger.. what does anybody think this is and should i go to my doctor?

herpes won't stick around for a year or two.  

these sound like they are completely normal things - perhaps hair follicles or instance. If you are concerned, see your provider.
