red bumps...

I have noticed red bumps around the lower shaft of my penis. some are coming out of or around hair follicles. I had a bit of pain in my urethra  about a week before they showed up. I had sex in the in between that period of time felt like there could have been a bit of irritation in the same spot right after that.

I dont think i have herpes, my spots seem like little red zips rather then ulcers. My question is How and when is herpes painful in men. If i squeeze on the spots they don't hurt, but i dont know if herpes only hurts after it turns into an ulcer.... any answers for me?

You need to go and be seen tomorrow and get properly examined. These could be any number of things and it needs dealt with promptly.

ya i plan to but just to be ease my mind a bit. herpes is painful correct. it also is dry and flaky and looks like zips rather then blister....i would know i get cold sores....i think i have asked this before. could u give urself genital herpes if u kiss a girl when you might have a cold sore and she gives ur oral sex....?

its also is not getting worse...and drying out rather then turning into ulcers
