red dot around penis gland

I got red dots around my penis gland, i went to see doctor, doctor said it was fungal infection, after applied some cream the dot seem like going off. But it came back around 3 weeks time. The dots don't cause any irritation, any pain nor any itchiness.  It seem not going off. It keeps on appear and disappear. Can someone tell me what is happening to me?

fungal infections often come back.  You need to treat them for a full week after the rash has gone.
