red dots and what appears to be extremely small pimples on suprapubic area

I am not sure if this is herpes or not. I have had unpretected sex with a few different partners. But not with in the last 2 months. The outbreak began about two and a half inches directly below my belly button. This was about three weeks ago. The red dots have multiplied and spread on my suprapubic region below my belly button. The skin is not red except for the dots but is beginning to look dry or chafing in the area. I have no sores or any noticable skin issues on the head or shaft of my penis. There are no sores or anything on my testicles. All the pictures that i have looked at of genital herpes are all extreme and dont appear similar to my condition. I have no back pain, head aches, flu symptoms, or fatigue. I do have occassional rectal pain and a slight itch. Please i would like a professional opinion. If you have any feeling this could be herpes please let me know.
