red pimples on penis shaft

About three weeks ago i noticed one little red pimple on my penis.unpoppable. a few days later another two came to  be but not as big. they are the size of a period at the end of the sentence. i have had only one partener in the past 6 months but i did have unprotected sex with two girls at the beginning of the year..i do have an uncomfortable feel around the area time to time. i also just noticed that my left inner thigh is a bit red/purplish where my scrotum makes contact with  the thigh. can anyone help me out?
i also wear really tight jeans and at night i do get really moist down there .really moist. and i have not been tested for stds yet.

We'd only be guessing. You need to be seen for a proper exam to know what's going on. Indeed, fungal infections are very common in men, with moisture definitely being the cause there. You could also try an OTC antifungal like Lamisil and see if that helps.

Otherwise, while it's on your mind, you could request an IgG type specific blood test for herpes.
