red rash

hi ! i'm 16 and i just recently got this rash on my penis and idk if its herpes or what i've never had sex or anything like that so i don't know what it can be . it itches somtimes but only if i scratch it

Sounds more like jock itch than anything. Are you comfortable showing this to your parents at all? Since you haven't had sex, you know it's not a std and if dad is in the picture, he's probably had jock itch a few times and can help you out with advice :)
