redness on head of penis

quick run-down about 4 weeks ago had un-protected sex many times in the same night. about 2 days later experinced irratation at tip of penis(felt like had been rubbing raw)slight burning with urination. got an STD swab test done came back negative for chlaymidia and gonnoreha. she did give me a shot and 2 pills just in case. I talked to the girl to ask if she had anything, she told me many times she had nothing never even thought it. but then later heard rumors that she has herpes. now there is no burning or irratation but i'am now gettin redness on the head of my penis that comes and goes it seems really red after i pee but then fades away and i cannot notice anything. the redness is kinda splotchy goes away after awhile then i sometimes see white spots around the same area. i also have a painless bump at the very base of my penis has been there for about 2 weeks not really changed. i don't know if this has always happened after i pee because i have never paid attention but it doesn't seem normal or is it?. my questions are can this be a very mild symptom of herpes? should i go and get a blood test done? is there anything that could cause this other than a STD?

It's not herpes. Herpes doesn't turn red and fade then comes back etc. The bump doesn't sound like herpes either. On another note, you keep on having unprotected sex and you very well may find yourself here with a real STD!! USE A CONDOM!!!!!
