I have exactly the same problem!! i was prescribed treatment which temporally clears it up however at any sign of erections, masturbation or sexual intercourse the head and inside of my foreskin just becomes really red and unconfortable and has a weird texture!
i know this is an old thread but i was just wondering if you managed to get rid of it, i will do anything to have a normal penis again!!!
thanks

This sounds more like a fungal infection or balanitis than anything. return to your provider for further evaluation.
