I went to a Thai massage parlour in Hyderabad, INDIA.
Got massage done by a clean looking Thai masseuse.
I was naked and she massaged all over my body without any oil ( dry massage).
She kissed on my chest(nipples) for a minute or two and then briefly on my shoulders also. Then gave a handjob. Am i at risk for Herpes or any other STD????

No risk really there is zero risk. You can relax you should be worried about catching a cold than an STD.
