I have had urinary burning that mostly feels like its on the inside but sometimes on the outside as well. I was test for gonn, chlamydia, and both were negative. I was treated for a uti but the symptoms have not improved and it has been almost a month now.  My cultures keep coming back negative for a bacteria infection. Is there any way that I could have herpes but only have urinary symptoms? The burning is before I urinate and after, not usually during and it is only when my urine is concentrated. Help!?
