scotum feels sore..Red spot on penis and one on lip

My scrotom feels sore for some reason...what can this be?
I have a red spot on my penis and a red spot right on my lips..im nervous dont know what this can be?

can someone help me.

i have unprotected oral sex with a female...a week later i started getting thse symptoms. The one on my lips lasted around 1 week and and then now all i see is a faded red spot on my lips..and on my penis if u pull the skin u can see the small red spot about one or 2?

and now for some reason my scotom area and my penis kinda feel sore? what can all this be?
