Could shaving your pubic hair particularly on the fleshy part of your vagina closest to your anus trigger an outbreak? also, could vigorous sexual activity trigger it as well?

anything that causes "trauma" to the genital area can trigger shedding.  usually shaving isn't a trigger for recurrences but if you cut yourself while doing it, that can.

yes sometimes vigorous sex does trigger shedding but not all the time.

typically hsv1 genitally doesn't shed very often or reoccur very often in general.
