it's still overall low risk though we don't have stats for it like we do for hsv2 genital transmission. even though it seems like just about everyone has hsv1 genitally any more, it's still low risk.
if it's been more than 2-3 weeks and you haven't had any symptoms, it's time to stop worrying.
