single bump on head of penis herpes

two nights ago I engaged with protected sex with a new partner and during the middle of intercourse the condom broke. Since then my penis hasn't felt the same. I noticed a quite small flesh colored bump on the right side of the head of my penis. It is a single circular, small, and raised bump but does not seem to have any fluid in it. It is the exact same color of all my skin around it. Soon after noticing this i began to experience an intense burning sensation on the inside of my penis, tingling from the inside out. The sensation soon spread throughout my groin and down to my legs. In addition to this i have developed need to urine frequently on top of the other symptoms. An aching watering eye followed soon after. I plan on going in to get tested for STD's such as gonnoreah or chlamydia, but I am wondering if you think this sounds like a possible herpes infection that i might need to test for as well. Please let me know soon as i hope to resolve this as soon as possible. This has all developed in the past day or so since the intitial exposure took place.
