skeptical

hello doctor,

this all started about 4 months ago. i met a girl and we started going out and one faitfull day she took my virginity, she told me she was a virgin. this i found out later was very untrue she had rubbed many other men with her vagina on their genitals. i only put the head of my penis inside her unprotected though. about two days afterward i noticed that the head of my penis had started swelling. a little after that my lower right abdominal started to hurt at first a small discomfort to an unbearable pain that only left me with ibiprofen. my urine also started to smell. small red bumps formed but mostly away from each other. once there were three close together but they didnt hurt at all. the stomach pain and urine smell has not gone away for 4 months. i got tested for sphifilis gonnoreaha and clamymadia all negatives. im starting to think that its just a UTI any suggestions?

You need to follow up on this with your doctor to find out what is going on.  If they've ruled out other std's - it's time to start looking at other causes.
