snall red bumps

i have small red bumps on the underpart of my penis that have been there for two years but have never blistered or anything. they have never gotten any worse or any better. there is a small rash that burns at the tip. rarely it doesnt burn when i pee.

this isn't a herpes issue. herpes would've healed and wouldn't stick around for 2 years.see your provider if you are concerned.

ok thanks. i guess i shouldnt say it hasnt got worse or better.when i masterbate it gets a little reder and burns at the tip more. if it sits outside my clothing for a bit touching nothing then the redness goes down and t doesnt burn. also the red bumps are more noticable when the penis is erect. there is about 5 of the bumps maybe 1mm large
