swollen lymph nodes

I had unprotected sex about two weeks ago, since then I noticed my lymph nodes in my groin are swollen. is this a sign for herpes? I am losing my mind. I also have the worst case of hemroids imaginable for the last six months. Is it possible the lymph nodes are a result of the hemroids

It could be one or both,you need to be tested for all possible STD's including HIV if you had unprotected sex whereby you didn't know the status of the other person,there is no other way around this I'm afraid  it is better for your own mind to be settled also otherwise you will do little more than think about it constantly.Speak to your local STD/GUM Clinic and find out when best to test to get accurate results.
In the meantime try not to stress yourself about it many everyday quite harmless airbourne infections can cause lymph nodes to swell from time to time.
