syphilis or another STD and Dyspepsia

I had possible exposure to Syphilis last april. I tested negative at the 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, and 8 month periods. I also was tested for HIV at the 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month period and all have came back negative. My most recent test i did was for a syphilis and a white blood count test. Syphilis came back negative and they diagnosed me with dyspepsia. But i have had sores near my genitals since then and my gf did too. I have been having chronic stomach pain and chest pain and also, as well as firm lymph nodes. Is this possible from having dyspepsia. I am extremely nervous. Please Help

indigestion can cause chest pains and stomach pain but it wouldn't cause sores.

If you've had sores present for more than 2 weeks, they aren't herpes related. have you been following up on these with your providers?
