Did you have any reason to suspect an infection may have been possible or an increased risk existed?

As you have no form of herpes, then you'd expect herpes symptoms to occur with days of infection.

Hence without symptoms and negative IgG at 8 weeks would conclusive in my view.

Hi, 8 weeks is a good indicator but 12 would be conclusive. Also protected vaginal and anal sex is not risk ONLY if no genital skin contact was made. Basicly just making entrance with the condom area. Also there are cases of oral hsv2 so the unprotected oral would also be a risk for exposure.
