ulcer

Hello,
I am a 26 years old male(sexually active). Over the past several months I have received unprotected oral sex from 4-5 different women. I had vaginal sex with 2 of them(always using a condom). Recently, on the shaft of my penis, about 1 inch below the head(bottom side) there is a little red mark. it is a circle and does not bother me. there are no signs of blistrers or anything of that sort. I am circumsized and it is located where the skin was cut off. (ring) I was circumsized at birth so this has nothing to do with that. I cant be 100% but im pretty sure I always had a tiny mark there. I assumed it was a birthmark. Over the past 2 weeks it has begin to tingle a bit. I wouldnt call it pain but I can feel it. It seems to be getting larger and at this point im not quite sure if there is any fluid coming out. I'm worried sick up all night all over the internet trying to find an std that it looks like. it doesnt resemble anything i've seen except for maybe a scaled down case of syphilis? its hard to notice unless u pull the skin apart. lately its starting to resemble an ulcer. I went to planned parenthood last week and was examined. idk if the doc overlooked it(she did not seem too concerened). she said there was nothing abnormal about my area and tested me only for gonorrhea and chlamydia. both came back negative. now that its becoming more noticeable and tingling im becoming nervous. Does this sound like it could be herpes? for what its worth I used to get cold sores on my lip as a kid. (once or twice) I've never had any stds.  ive neverr heard of this on the forums and im scared. please advise.
thank you so much.

I'd go back and be seen again somewhere at this point since symptoms are getting worse. many things this can be and many of them are not std related.

best of luck getting better answers!

I forgot to mention I was prescribed zithromycin (2 tabs 500mg each) at planned parenthood. I took them as directed last week.
