unprotected oral sex and herpes

Iam a male 38yrs. I had unprotected insertive oral sex with sex worker girl in Thailand.
I had pain and burning in my penis after 8 days of incident.
I took antibiotics like Doxycyline 14 days, Cifrofloxacin8 days,flowmax 20days
My pain came down but still is present after 2 months.
I have no visible infection on my penis from outside and anywhere
else in my body .My urine culture test shows no symptom.
My sonography is ok and shows no symtoms (symptoms) of prostatis or kidney.

My pain in penis middle and tip sometimes in testicles is bearable but consistent.
Are this symptoms of Herpes

No: these are not symptoms of Herpes.  Genital Herpes generally presents with superficial symptoms, meaning on the skin itself.  The fact that your symptoms are internal is indicative of another form of infection or disorder.  Also, unless the CSW had visible sores on her mouth when she performed oral sex on you, then there is little chance you contracted GH.  Oral sex is overall low risk.

Based on your past prescriptions your doctor treated you for a yeast infection.  It is possible that your urethra was infected, which generally occurs in yeast infections.  Then again, I am not a doctor and you can never be accurately diagnosed over the internet.  I suppose you are posting her simply for reassurance.

You should make an appointment with a Urologist.  That is your best bet.
