update on oral sex

1) If someone has already been exposed and has antibodies (informed via blood test) for HS II, does it mean they no longer have to fear getting it and can safely have oral or genital sex with a new partner who has it?
2) We hear that HS II can be transmitted orally.  Does this mean there have been cases where the person performing oral sex has contracted it from a person with genital herpses who was not having an active outbreak?  AND/OR does it mean that a person with genital herpes (again, not during active outbreak) can transmit it by performing oral sex?
3) Is there any proof/evidence that the asymptomatic shedding occurs BEFORE or AFTER and outbreak?  When is the danger period surrounding outbreaks?

Anyone know?

If you have hsv2 antibodies, no you can't get it again.  You already have it, and it will always be there.

It means that someone performing oral on someone with genital herpes will get hsv2 orally.  This is very rare though.  Avoiding oral sex when someone has an outbreak is all you really need to do.

It does usually occur before and right after, but can occur at any time.
