is it possible to have herpes in urethra canal?? i got two bumps inside my penis and redness...your answers will be highly appreciated.

Yes, you can have herpes in your urethra. That being said, typically it is very painful. Be seen for proper testing/evaluation.

the thing is it never hurts, or burn when i pee. can it be a fungul infection or maybe yeast? The doctor got 3 samples for testing and will come with the results in 6 days...

Indeed, they have proper herpes testing in Canada.  You need to visit a local STI clinic and they will do a PCR (if lesions present) test or a IGG blood test (some clinic require a $130 for the test, others waive it, depending on the individual circumstances).  All other STI testing is free of charge as is the consultation with the nurse or doctor.

well in the urethra canal there was redness for about 2 years and just a week ago i saw 2 bumps, i checked them everyday and never turned into white or any blister, there is no pain during urination and no discharge. Doctor took 3 swaps from the urethra and i m going back to see the results on thursday. in the mean while i m prescribed with acyvoril something and it seems like the rednees and the bumps are going away...

so today i went to the doctor and she told me that the results are negative for chlamydia and gohonnaria, however they noticed that there is a bacteria production and they are working on it to find out. Herpes results are still pending. since herpes are viruses, could it be a good thing to produce bacteria, it lessens the chances of being herpes.....

it is possible to be infected and not recognize the symptoms of herpes recurrences. getting a type specific herpes igg blood test will let you know what your status is.

Yeah you are right and i am aware of that but the thing is in Canada they do not have the proper blood testing for that stuff. Well the doc got a swap and hopefully on wed she will tell me what it is.. Btw the bumps are still there for almost 3 weeks.. is that normal? it never hurts when i urinate or gives me any pain...

proper blood testing is widely available for herpes in canada. typically you have to pay for it out of pocket but you can get it. the hardest part seems to be getting your provider to order the right test for you.

this doesn't sound at all like herpes going on. get the blood test so you can have peace of mind.

Hi Grace i have a quick question, its been like 3 months that i have been feeling discomfort on my groin, lower abdominal and urethra. it sometimes gets very bad, first i feel it on my groins and then lower abdominal and then my heart rate starts increasing and i feel like been so hyper i can not stop moving. that sounds more like an anxiety attack than it does anything else to be honest.

it would be unusual for herpes to linger this long with these sorts of symptoms.

hi grace today i went to see my doctor and he referred me to urologist he said that the bumps dont look like herpes and added that it s most likely warts but he said he couldnt remove it due to the delicacy of the spot which is urethra.. can warts be in urethra and is it curable?

hello grace, the doctor referred me to the urologist but unfortunately the appointment is not until october 19th. well i went to homeopathy doctor who has 45 years of experience and he prescribed me with thuya occ and told me that if i use it would be completely gone, he also told me that i was not the only one who suffers from warts in uretha apparently he had many patients seeked help from him and it worked out for them.so what do you think about this treatment? do you trust in homeopathy?

I'll be completely honest with you, I'm not a fan of homeopathy and really can't comment on what you were given.

many urologists out there. Call around to see if you can be seen sooner or try a dermatologist who is who I recommend over an urologist for bumps issues.

hey grace, just to let you know the stuff that i have given from homeopath doctor worked unbelievable, the spots were gone in a month, i m really satisfied with the results.
everyone who suffers from this kind of things should at least see a homeopathy doctor :)
i am stil gonna see a urologist but it ll be not until late October...
