Prostte problems/infctions can cause a whole myrid of symptoms that can mimc other conditions. Some prostate issues can cause urethral inflamation, painful/uncomftble ejaculaton, penis tip pain and so on.

Biking, sitting for ong periods of time, stress and infections can cause prostate issues.

Our age while helps in some diagnosing things doesn't always eliminate things.  I would follow up with the urologist like grace said and get the prostate checked.  Grace may have more information for you when shes not so busy.  Give her some time.

if this was herpes going on, it wouldn't cause you symptoms non-stop like this and it would give you pain in between urination too.  Odds are you'd have a week or so of symptoms where it hurt like a sob to urinate and you constantly felt like you had to urinate and then it would go away for several weeks at a time.

At this point seeing the urologist is the best course of action. Make sure they know you are a cash paying patient when you are seen so that they charge you the lowest price.

Have you had a prostate exam? Have they done urine testing on you more than once?

Herpes won't last for 7 months constantly.  You should work with your doctor to investigate the possibility of this being something else.  Maybe a kidney infection?
