want to know if i have herpes

I have itching blister like bump on my vagina and everytime i shower and wash my vagina it itches and the burn,tingles and feels like a scrape on it...i look down at it and the bump is small enough to see and i want to know if i will be okay or what std do i have if i have one?

Have you had a sexual encounter?  

You should have the bump checked by your doctor.  If this bump is less then 48 hours old be seen within the next day for accurate culture.  If it is older still show the bump to your doctor and have them look you over.  This could be anything and needs their evaluation.  If you can't see your doctor see if you can go to a local STD clinic.  Contact your city/county health department.
