weird question, but scared
Kind of a weird question, but my little cousin I'm pretty sure gets cold sores. She is wild and the other day she kept "kissing" party balloons at her birthday party and then rubbing the balloons on my face/whacking them at me. She didn't have any visible sores around her mouth, and I know this sounds like a dumb question, but I'm just paranoid the virus might've been rubbed into my lips or somewhere on my face (because shedding can occur without sores).

How likely is it to pass HSV-1 through this experience, or through sharing a glass or something, if there are no cold sores?
