what can this be??

i always had these little bumps on the rim of my penis since i can remember..they never blistered or gave me a problem..doctor said they could be hair follicles but i think their PPP but nevermind that, there not a problem.2 months ago i had sex with my girl for the first time, unprotected. the morning after i had a rash under my foreskin(uncircumsized) a few red bumps and redness on the skin when i pull back the skin..but my head was a bit red too. i heard people can get such symptoms from ruff sex but for some reason everytime i have unprotected sex after that it reoccurs . i had a similar problem happen  three years ago when i was 15 with my ex but it went away real quick.and we used to have unprotected sex all the time and never did i get rashes like this..and i went to my doctor  about 6 weeks ago and he gave me cultural test for herpes type one and two, and a yeast infection(fungal test) n came back negative on both....what can this be?? the rashes go away once i put vaginal yeast infection cream on it, but they didnt react to zovirax(which is a herpe medication) just irriated my penis too the point where i stop using cause it was just pro longing my symptoms, and not so much either with clotrimazole( though it helped relieve the dots on my rim a bit).. im now using tee trea oil and its helping. but still after every time i have sex or do anything with my penis it gets irritated again.. its stressin me out cause i have no clue what it could be. doesnt itch or hurt..  its just there!! i think i may either need to get cut or use something more powerful to kill any infection it could be. everyones telling me it cant be herpes cause its lasting over 2 months already.and they dont blister or look like a herpe sore.but in the back of my mind its still a possiblity which alarms me quiet a bit. any information on what this could be would be greatly appreciated!!

at this point it's probably a good idea to follow up on this with a dermatologist.
