what could this be? Please help!

I had protected sex with almost unknown girl, three times in one night. 1st, with condom on which lasted for 1 - 2 mins. Then with condom and my boxer shorts on which lasted for 3 - 4 mins and then again with condom and my boxer shorts on which lasted for max 5mins. I touched her genital for long time and her clitoris but did not put my finger inside her vagina. Also we did lots of kissing but was not deep kisses. She also touched my penis with her hands. I slept beside her for rest of the night.
Later came to know that she had yeast, HSV1 and HSV2 also.I got tested after 4weeks of exposure, for hsv1, hsv2, gonorhea, chlymedia they all came negative.
After 6weeks I again tested for HSV1, HSV2, HIV(IGG and IGM)  all came negative. I saw a Infectious diseases specilist and she said that thats all fine and I have no STD so I should just move on. Its been 7+ weeks now. My penis head has turned little red, dry from the 3rd week of exposure, I also have a v tiny red dots on my penis head and I also see a small red patch on the joint of my penis head and the skin. I was told by doc that it does not matches with any std so just ignore it. My doc also gave me a skin irritation cream which controlled the redness a little but its not gone. My penis never itched or pained during whole this period. Now I see a little swelling (painless) around the opening my of penis head. I also see a tiny dot in my urinary track. Can some one please tell me what could it be.? Please? ArmyGuy, Grace, or Any one who could help. I did not have any major symptoms matching with any of the STDs

Sounds like you have conjectured this whole Herpes thing in your head but NOTHING you said resembles herpes in the slightest. Believe it or not, this has become more psychological than physical. Have you thought about talking to someone about this? YOU DONT HAVE IT!!!!! Move on and Happy New Year..
