what is my problem

hello there,
i m 28 years old healthy person who never had any sexual problem before but since last year i am having a problem on my testical. every night when i go to bed my testical get so itchy that i cant sleep. when i m not sleeping i dont get itchy . i tried everything washing with salt water using cream, rash and itchy powder but no result so far. i even went to see a doc he asked me to try few things he gave me few cream but nothing help me. the itchiness is still there. every night same story, i m married man i only have sex with my wife. i am worried that i could transfer this to her but so far she is not complaining about itchiness. so i think i havent transfer her anything so far but i m affraid that i may someday. my problem is i still dont know what it is. there is no rash, no redness  nither its sore just itchy and it feels like its from inside not from outside of skin. so when i scratch i dont feel anything relief its keep getting worst.. if anybody have any idea what i am talking about then please let me know

correct, jock itch won't just happen at night either. Also jock itch doesn't feel like it's coming from the inside either.  

continue to follow up on this with your provider. it's not likely to be std related at all.

if its not herpes then what is this i dont think this is jock itch thing. and like i said i have this for more than a year and i havent changed my diet or cream or soap or washing powder. and if its jocky itch then why its always start at night when i go to bed and when i m not in bed i dont feel anything.

Bro you have Jock Itch , Goto any drug store and get some Foot Fungus Cream read the back of the box and look for Jock Itch. Use it as directed for about a week and you should be fine.
