in breif . possible esxposure feb 2012
tested full std panel with herpeselect igg lapcorp after 5 weeks only hsv 1 negative , hsv2 positive = 1.7
repested 2 weeks later by immunoblot igg lapcorp also hsv1 negative . hsv 2 negative
delusions came around few weeks ago ( after 1 year have passed ) repeated hsv tests by elisa igg specific they came hsv1 and 2 negative both below .9 ,, no sex since feb 2012 , so first one is false positive ? or igg appear and disappear? no symptoms at allll
thanks grace for ur reply ,i just have a question to close this issue and remove it friom my mind , can the first test hsv2 herpeselect lapcorp elisa =1.7 be true positve and then the immunoblot herpeselect lapcorp10 days later be false negative? i mean can igg antibodies be detected and then disappear after that ?? also i made another elisa test 1 year later which came back negative but they use another scale 11 eu/ml for postives instead .9 .9 to1.1 and >1,1 . (just one brief 4 min vaginal sexual with condom with asymptomatic girl i dont know her serostatus ) . i didnt show any symptoms . i just wanted to be definite in everything to get ur right advice. thanks in advance for ur help
