So I had a protected oral sex by an escort, when it's finished, I notice that my condom was half way up on my penis(not covered to the bottom)..I'm worried that she had herpes because she had some pock on her skin, I even noticed that she took some pills after this..
If she have STD, say herpes, What is my chance to get herpes? does she has to have oral herpes to pass it to me during oral sex?
how long do the symptoms usually show up? where should I get tested after exposure?

A one time encounter if relatively low risk.  condoms only reduce the risk by 30% or so though.

have you ever been tested for herpes before? if not, you can get a baseline herpes igg blood test done now. should you get any obvious genital symptoms within the next few weeks ,see your provider promptly for a proper work up and diagnosis. Otherwise if it's still bothering you, repeat your igg blood test 3-4 months post encounter.  your regular provider can order the blood testing for you.
