wondering

I had unprotected sex about a month ago.  I now have the flu but no sign of sores or lesions, also my roommate just had the flu.  So I ask a question: would I get the outbreaks with flu but without sores.

Herpes typically shows up 2-20 days and not that much late for initial outbreaks.  You could just be sick.  Getting herpes from a one time unprotected encounter is low risk.

I keep hearing this from people... you, Grace, my DOC, herpes hot line.. what does that mean? 1 in 200? 2-6%? What is low risk?
