worried....anyone help please

hi i had unprotected sex with a female, about 2 mnths and 2 weeks ago...and last week i found a scratch like spot between my thigh and genitals, right in the crease,its not very big,  it was bleeding a little. i dont have a swollen lymph node down there, nore does it itch in the area, jus feel like a scratch, doesnt bother me much, havnt had any green stuff come out of it niether. but my left testical does feel like a slight pain sometimes but felt like that sometimes even before i found this. testicals arent swollen nor hurt when i touch them. i also feel i slight feeling in my left leg kinda near the scratch like part, but i wouldnt prefer it to pain tho. i dont have nails really so i dont think i scratched it myself, its been ther for about a week now, i dont kno what it is, could this be herpes, if anyone can help me or been through this before i would be very appriciative with your help thank you..

no not yet but im gunna go real soon, i dnt have any swollen lymoh (lymph) nodes down there, it doesnt even really bother me, no pain really jus sometimes when i strecth i feel a little something but i forget its there sometimes, its been there for maybe a week and 2 or 3 days now, i cant really tell if its healing or not, it doesnt bleed anymore niether, could this have been a ingrown hair cause i do shape up down there, maybe ive pulled it out by accedent when i scratched there..dont kno really

There's really nothing we can do at this point.  You have something going on so the sooner you are seen and get it checked out, the sooner you'll get more accurate answers.
