21 year old male diagnosed with hbp stage1/2

First off Hello, my name is Jim.  So I was diagnosed with hypertension around 4 months ago... Since forever I have been taking a lot of caffeine when energy drinks came around when I was about 15 me and all of my friends started having them all of the time(  a lot of them  ) a couple years back it started hitting me pretty bad, for some reason I started feeling terrible when I was drinking caffeine. This was a very bad thing for me, because my source of income was playing video games competitively... So I started again I figured it was probably because I was in bad shape at the time that I was feeling so bad, and It was a lot better than before for a while, but recently it has been getting real bad again. I went to multiple dr's about my problems because I couldn't understand why for years I had been drinking caffeine with zero problem and now suddenly I have a variety of pains in the chest and loss of breathe... They couldnt come up with anything they all asked for me to get a blood test done so I did and that was the extent of it pretty much... Now i have high blood pressure and my new dr is testing the same thing. If anyone could give me some insight I would be very thankful

Just follow this technique, twice a day, to help you concentrate and control the blood pressure. Do it regularly, and continue with it ,once a day ,after you are better.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

No I have never been tested for pots. Although something I never mentioned was since I was little I would go play basketball some days and get extremely shaky... My father self-diagnosed me with what he thought was hypoglycemia, later I went to the hospital for chronic anxiety at the age of 18 and my blood sugar levels were normal.

Have you been tested for POST?

Had you suffered any viral disease?

If you have it, Caffeine can aggravate it.

recently just caffeine I stopped drinking energy drinks entirely because I would feel terrible. I know the taurine and other things in it are very bad for you so I stopped completely. My bp is between 150-160 / 85-105 that's without caffeine . Any stimulant seems to make me feel incredibly bad... It almost seems like a day by day thing some days I don't and some days I feel terrible.. Another problem with all of this is that I have problems concentrating(add) which is the main reason I believe I use to love caffeine so much and is why I have such a hard time not taking it... I have taken medication for it, but it makes me feel worse than caffeine so I don't.

Could you clarify your situation??

You have been drinking caffeine or energy drinks with caffeine?... If so those drinks have many other components that can make you feel bad.

I do not know any way of drinking caffeine alone. The closest thing I know are the caffeine sweets/pills  that  sometimes climbers use to fight exhaustion.

What your BP is?
