Birth defects
I just found out that I'm about 4 weeks pregnant and I'm taking lisinopril/Hctz. What are the chances of my baby being born with birth defects?

Lisinopril is a Class D classed drug for birth defects and should not be taken during pregnancy. You should discuss this with your doctor as soon as you can as there is a link to it's use in the first trimester and congenital defects. We can't answer this for you here as well as you would like, you need to speak to your doctor but I'm sure it's early enough to be safe.

Good luck!
