Honey:
You do not have high blood pressure. Your readings are perfectly normal. Stop obsessing over this.
The yawning you describe is classic sign of anxiety. I'm not surprised you are constantly worrying about BP, as compulsions bind anxiety. I think it might be a good idea for you to talk to a therapist.
It was a cat scan by the way sorry I forgot to add that
Before I got a scan my blood pressure was always 117/76 ever since I got the scan I breath heavy now and yawn constantly and now it's always like 130/80 it's very weird situation. I was just thinking of meds cause I hears they are good at lowering numbers but thank you a lot for your response
Hello,
Your blood pressure numbers are good. There is no need to take any medications.
What do you mean by saying: 'my blood pressure was alway perfect before that scan'? How often do you check your blood pressure? Is it high?
By the way, I'd like to let you know that worry and anxiety can raise your blood pressure, that is why suggest you to check it only when you are totally calmed down and relaxed.
