Could I have high blood pressure?

I tested positive for pre-hypertention about 2 years ago. I'm asking because my mother has heart problems and also high blood pressure. I have a numerous amount of health issues including but not limited to: severe heat intolerance - when in the heat, my heart beats ridiculously fast and I hard. I feel faint and weak. Caffeine makes me feel ill as well. I am trembling constantly, I have difficulty concentrating. Frequent headaches. Severe anxiety. My heart beats extremely fast with just the smallest exertion of energy. The biggest problem is: upon waking up, my face is normal - pale, likely from lower blood pressure, however, as soon as I start moving around, my whole face and chest flush. They get really red and really warm. It stays like that the entire day. It seems to be less red when I'm not stressed, but never normal. My extremities - feet, hands, forearms and calves - flush when it's hot. Stress amplifies it, as does exercise and heat. I cannot leave my house without someone asking me if I am okay because "your face is really red". It's causing huge problems. I don't have medical insurance. What could this be?

Background: I am only 20, but I am overweight . I am also exposed to a lot of stress. My father had a lot of health problems and my mother does as well. My mother also smokes in the house without ventilation, I'm not sure if that could have anything to do with it. My diet is not great, currently my refrigerator and freezer are unusable, as is my kitchen , so I am forced to eat out.

Also, it isn't my anxiety causing my symptoms. They persist even when I am completely calm and stress free.
