High blood pressure

Im 54, I workout every day, hard. I run, hit a heavy bag and workout on weights. My blood pressure is 140/100

For a 54 year old male, 140 is a normal systolic.  A diastolic in the 80's or 70's is fine, but below 70?   That would be too low.

I've seen you post this before.  140/100 is not "very high."  It's borderline high, and anyone with consistent readings like this should see their doctor, yes, but please stop scaring people.

that's is very high... normal is 120/70 or lower....see your doctor
