Hypertension

I'm a 23 yr old active male and my readings at home while resting is in the 130's sometimes 140's with bloodpressure medicine. I got mostly get readings 133-138/70's during the day my top number hovers around 140's and sometimes 150's. Not sure what the problem is, I'm athletic, normal weight, 6'3 in height. Eat healthier more so then not.
